Contract to Permanent
HireSource provides consultants on a Contract to Permanent basis. This method of hiring is an excellent alternative to either hiring on contract or directly permanent. Contract to Permanent placement provides the opportunity for the client to bring a consultant on for a trial basis. During this time period, the client can assess the consultant's skills and fit within the organization and decide whether or not to make the consultant a full time employee. It is an excellent solution when a client needs to fill a permanent position but does not have the budget immediately available to make a full time hire.
Contract to Permanent placement also provides the opportunity for the consultant to assess the client and decide it is a company for which he/she would like to be a full time employee. While on contract thru HireSource, consultants are eligible for the standard HireSource benefits package. Once a consultant goes permanent, he/she would transfer onto client benefits.
